Policies & Procedures

We aim to provide all guests with a peaceful, comfortable, and respectful environment. Please review the following policies and procedures carefully before making your reservation. By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with these policies and responsibilities.

Cabin Rental Responsibilities

• Guest Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the cabin in a clean and orderly condition during your stay. This includes cleaning up after yourself and ensuring that the cabin is left in good condition upon departure.
  

Payment & Reservation Policy

• Reservation Confirmation:

  • All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express).

  • A non-refundable deposit is required and due at booking. Any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file 7 days prior to check-in.       

• Cancellation Policy:

  • To cancel reservations please call the cabin office at 870-449-6206.

Check-in & Check-out Procedures

• Check-in Time: 2:00pm (cabin key can be picked up at the Cabin Office upon arrival)

• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

• Checkout Instructions:

  • Wash all dirty dishes.
  • Take out the trash to the dumpster and recycle bin.
  • Remove any food from the refrigerator.
  • Return the key to the cabin office.

Pet Policy

•  Pets are allowed in all cabins for a one-time fee of $30 per cabin during your stay. Please contact the office at 870-449-6206 prior to your stay if you plan to bring any pets. 

Smoking Policy

• Non-Smoking Cabins: Smoking is prohibited inside all cabins.
  

Damages & Missing Items

• Inspection: Each cabin is inspected and inventoried before and after your stay.

  • Any missing or damaged items will be charged to your credit card.

  • Excessive cleaning due to messes, stains, or pet damage may incur additional charges.
    

  • Minimum Service Fees: If a repair call is made for issues resulting from guest negligence, fees may apply.
    

Noise & Conduct

• Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

  • No loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior is allowed.

  • Violations of this policy may result in eviction without refund.

• Parties & Overcrowding: Any overcrowding or unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited.

  • Violations will result in immediate eviction.
    

Firewood & Campfires

• Firewood: Firewood can be purchased at the cabin office. Refunds for unused firewood will not be provided.

  • Campfires must never be left unattended.

  • Please adhere to any fire bans during high-risk seasons.
    
    

Wildlife Encounters

• Respect Nature: Our cabins are located in forested areas, so encounters with wildlife are possible.

• Do not feed or approach wildlife around the cabins.
